Shipping policy

Lunar Llama ships all orders according to which option you choose at checkout. Depending on product availability, orders are packaged and shipped usually within 1 business day. Delivery time is subject to the carrier chosen. We do not at this time offer international shipping on this site.

Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. Your signature is not normally required for delivery. It is your responsibility to track your package. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please first contact the carrier of the package. If they cannot locate the package, please contact us. You must contact us within 3 days of your package being marked delivered. 

If package is returned to us because of incorrect address and package is undeliverable, you will have to pay for shipping costs to be reshipped.  If you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund on your order after it is deemed undeliverable, you will only be charged the shipping costs.  Shipping costs will be deducted before balance is returned.  Sorry to have to do this but if it was not our mistake, we have labor and financial resources invested in this package and process and we cannot incur a financial loss.

Delivery Confirmation: Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that is beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder, even without a signature.
